It don't get any better than this! The weather was perfect. We visited seven state parks on this two day outing. Five of these parks we had never visited before, Standing Stone, Cummins Falls, Edgar Evans, Burgess falls and Cordell Hull. The other two, Pickett and Alvin York, we have visited many times over the years.

Day 1August 11th Today, Pickett, Alvin C. York, Cordell Hull, Standing Stone, and Cummins falls. Absolutely the best riding day in weeks. Cool and dry under deep blue skys - more like a late September day than August. 31 images |
Day 2August 12th Edgar Evans and Burgess Falls. We spent the night in Cookeville and woke up to a fall like morning. Temperatures were in the low 60's but warmed quickly and by mid day were in the low 80's Still with the low humidity riding was confortable. 18 images |
